- PAN Card of both Applicant & Co-applicant.
- Adhaar Card of both Applicant & Co-applicant. Voter ID/Passport/Driving License.
- Current residential address proof.
- Relationship proof of both applicants.
- Passport size photograph of both applicants.
INCOME PROOF
- Last 3 years ITR with detailed computation + profit and loss account.
- Last 12 months bank statement of Savings A/c & Current A/c.
- GST registration and Last 1 year GST return.
- Existing Loan Track/SOA like auto loan - B/L- P/L-H/L-LAP
PROPERTY RELATED DOCUMENTS
FOR PURCHASE OF NEW HOUSE
- Copy of the Allotment Letter / Buyer Agreement
- Receipt/(s) of payment/(s) made to the developer
FOR PURCHASE OF A RESALE HOME
- Title Deeds including previous chain of the property documents
- Receipt/(s) of initial payment/(s) made to the seller
- Copy of the agreement to sell (if already executed)
FOR CONSTRUCTING A HOME ON A N.A. PLOT
- Title Deeds of the Plot
- Proof of no encumbrances on the property
- Copy of the plans, approved by the Local Authorities
- Construction estimates by an Architect / Civil engineer
