A. Salaried Applicants

The following documents are required from salaried individuals:

  1. Salary slips for the last 3 months

  2. Bank statements (salary account) for the last 12 months

  3. Latest Form 16


B. Self-Employed – Professionals

(Applicable for Doctors, Chartered Accountants, Architects, Consultants, etc.)

  1. Latest 2 years Income Tax Returns (ITRs)

    • Personal and business ITRs

    • Along with computation of income

  2. Advance tax challans, if applicable

  3. Latest 2 years Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets

    • With schedules

    • Certified by a Chartered Accountant

    • For both personal and business entities

  4. Bank account statements (Savings and Current Accounts) for the last 12 months

  5. Professional qualification proof


C. Self-Employed – Non-Professionals

(Applicable for Business Owners, Traders, Manufacturers, Firms, and Companies)

  1. Latest 2 years Income Tax Returns (ITRs)

    • With computation of income

    • For individual applicants and co-applicants (if borrower is an individual)

  2. Bank account statements (Savings and Current Accounts) for the last 12 months

  3. Latest 2 years audited / CA-certified Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets

    • Applicable if borrower is a firm or company

  4. Proof of Business, such as:

    • GST Registration Certificate

    • Shop & Establishment License

    • Udyam Aadhaar

    • Or any other valid business proof

  5. MOA & AOA and Certificate of Incorporation (for companies)

  6. Partnership Deed (for partnership firms)
